Full ESCOMATIC® Machine Rebuilds 

We have taken ESCOMATIC Machine Rebuilding to the next level with our newest Powder-Coating Technology. We ensure that each fully rebuilt machine is completely torn down and brought straight to it's original base. We sandblast each machine by hand, followed by manually powdering each component that goes back on the machine. This process increases the life of the machine since it will not rust, chip, or crack. Our customers have been extremely pleased with the finish of the machine.

With the Powder-Coating Technology,  the machine is much easier to wipe down and keep clean. We use ONLY OEM Spare Parts directly from Switzerland to ensure we withstand the Swiss quality standards. With the proper maintenance for these ESCOMATIC’s, they will promise quality production for years to come. 

Service Calls & Training 

Our Owner & Lead Engineer thrives on helping customers in the industry succeed with all their ESCOMATIC needs. Whether it's training a new team of engineers on how to operate and maintain ESCO machines, to working on part designs & layouts, or setting up new jobs- he is the one to call. He personally can travel to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix the problems that arise when needed. 

Here at Ameriswiss we also have training available at our facility. We have trained engineers in the field who are able to train new operators & machinists. Contact us for available training sessions.

Custom Carbide Cutting Tools 

We make high-quality custom carbide cutting tools for any job. Just email or fax tool drawings and we will be happy to provide you with prompt delivery. If you don't have a tool drawing, you can send a part drawing and we will be happy to assist you in creating the specific tooling.
